Syanic's Silence Cutter
Drop an audio file, change the settings according to your liking and export the result. Supports exporting as Finalcut XML for Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Sony Vegas Pro and DaVinci Resolve aswell. I had used this privately for myself but made it public now :)

Finalcut XML project file can be imported into Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas Pro, and DaVinci Resolve as a video project. Relink the original source audio in your editor after import. Saved your precious time here for ya' lol.
